**Thursday, Friday and Saturday sunset time-frames are reserved for 3, 5 and 7 hour booking during the months of May, June, October, November.

Package Offered:  Any time;  7 Days a week 

2  hour Booking with up to 20 Guests - Cost:  $1850.0

Guest= Any person  over age 2

-Includes all Venue Coordinator fees, Officiate fees,  taxes, venue paid gratuities, setup assistance, parking, parking assistance, full cleanup  and disposal fees.

-Hire your own photographer

-2  hours at Venue 

-Officiant Services to include a personalized 10 -15 minute personalized ceremony script

-Outdoor Venue decor

-Inclement Weather Indoor Space

-All serving ware and tableware

-Wedding signs and wedding theme decor

-ceremony platform decor and matching seating

-Couple's  10 inch double layer vanilla wedding cake with white icing.  Cake florals and optional wedding cake topper

-Vanilla cupcakes for all guests

-Non alcoholic bubbly toast - variety of Sparkling juice - wedding theme glass flutes 

-Venue silk bouquet and  matching boutonniere rental - various styles

-Large Indoor Restroom / Changing room inside reception room

-Cooler with ice and bottled water

-Ceremony seating and decor

-Parking

-Departure/Farewell Celebration - Daytime Bubbles./Streamers - Sunset Sparklers for each guest

Wedding Party Only and Vendor Arrival and Parking - 

Hour one: Guest Arrival and Parking ; 

Ceremony,  celebration photos, group photos

Second Hour:  Cake Cutting  and optional first dances, Couple only photos around venue while guests enjoy cake, refreshments and the views; Departure / Farewell

- Includes  set-up, clean up and gratuities 

- 2 hours includes arrival and departure times.   

**We are an outdoor venue so please come dressed appropriately for the temperature and weather conditions.  We have a concrete sidewalk that leads from parking to ceremony site.  Comfortable walking shoes are suggested for those venturing off the sidewalk

No food service or food deliveries permitted.  No brought in food or food trays permitted.

No alcoholic beverages except champagne,  wine or beer for couple's  toast. 

Non alcoholic bubbly beverage of sparkling white grape juice or sparkling apple cider will be provided.

Sparklers or Bubble / Streamers will be provided for each guest for Farewell Celebration.
