At Something Blue Mountain Venue, we strive to make everyone feel welcome and celebrated!  Our mission is to make your wedding day feel as memorable and beautiful as the Blue Ridge Mountains.  If you are looking for a totally private place to wed that has vast one-of-a kind views of the Pisgah National Forest ridgelines, then Something Blue Mountain Venue may be just what you are looking for.  

Our venue is unique and rare.  Our mountain ridgetop is where you step out of your vehicle onto solid surfaces... no steps, no steep inclines and no hiking to enjoy incredible long range and close up mountain views.  The property boasts natural foliage and landscaped beauty.  Trails lead to rows of Mountain Laurel blooms, singing birds, abundance of North Carolina native greenery and magnificent mountain views.  

What really makes us a rare find is our location.  Driving is Easy year round - we are located 5 miles off exit 81 / I-40.   The venue is designed to be mindful of mobility abilities - so anyone you wish to invite to your wedding can attend and enjoy what Something Blue Mountain Venue has to offer. 

We specialize in Intimate Weddings... we only host Micro Weddings and  Elopements so our indoor space will not feel bigger than you need.  We offer All-Inclusive packages where we handle everything or semi-inclusive where we handle everything except what you want to make your own arrangement for..  Beginning in September 2026 our new dining room and reception space will be ready to enjoy by up to 60 people total.  The new building offers an old world style charm with stone exterior, lots of windows,rich wood tones, additional restrooms, 2nd dressing room, a bar, dance area with built-in speakers and dance lightning as well ample space for catering setup.  We are  surrounding the new building with newly planted wild flowers, rose bushes and greenery.

Because our venue is so accessible and beautiful 365 days a year - We keep Something Blue Mountain Venue open to host intimate Weddings all year long.   January-August- we are open 4 days a week (Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays) Monday-Wednesday will be for open for tours (by appointment only), preplanning and  administrative duties.

September-November - Fall wedding season we are open 7 days a week to host intimate weddings.
