Yes, we do not offer wedding planning services.  We also provide you with a list of reputable wedding vendors like photographers and catering in the area.


Our maximum rental time is 10 hours, including setup and cleanup.


Yes, we do not allow outside alcohol - BYOB you own selection of beer, wine, ciders, seltzers and champagne.  We do not permit high proof liquor bottles or mixed drinks without a licensed and insured bartender.   We also require event insurance when serving mixed drinks and high proof liquor.


We permit children of any age when booking 2-3 hour Elopement packages.

We do not have any age restrictions on couple's own children.

We do restrict the age of children for bookings over 3 hours.  

Children between the ages of 2-13 years are not permitted in packages that exceed 3 hours.  

Our indoor dining space is not designed for children and the outdoor spaces are not fenced in or child friendly.


Yes, we can arrange an Earlier Arrival time for beauty services to be delivered in our Bridal Suite for the Bride and Bridal party.


Send us an email with your date, time-frame, guest count, and desired package - We will send you a no-obligation-to-sign contract to consider.  If you wish to book, sign the contract and send the $500 nonrefundable retainer fee to secure your date/booking.  Prime month Friday and Saturday bookings =$1000.00 non-refundable retainer.

Remaining balance is due 90 days prior to booking date.  No obligation booking until the 90 days.

We offer tours Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm - by appointment only.


Yes, we allow pets when booking our 2-3 hour Elopement packages.


Yes, we do allow indoor table decor and ceremony decor.   We do limit other decor around the venue and expect setup not  to exceed 2 hours. 



Yes, we have no steps, stairs, steep inclines etc.  We have a handicap bathroom and all of out indoor spaces are accessible via wheelchair, scooter and walkers.  We can provide oversized armed cushioned chairs upon request.  Outdoor spaces offer solid surfaces to ceremony site  and all indoor spaces.  We have been mindful in designing our space to be friendly for those individuals with mobility needs. 


Yes, we can make adjustments to our packages to fit your needs. 





We can marry you tomorrow if you have your marriage license or we can plan as far as 2 years in advance.  Currently, our calendar is open booking through December 31st 2026. 


We try to be as flexible and understanding as possible.  We allow couples to reschedule up to 2 years from their original booking date at not extra cost.   Final payments are due 90 days prior to booking with no cancellation fees. 


You are welcome to use whomever you wish for everything except catering.  We have a list of 5 highly recommended catering companies to choose from.  We also provide a recommendation vendor list for local photographers, videographers, beauticians and florists who know our venue well and deliver excellent service.
