We set booking schedules according to sunset timeframes:
Venue Hours: 9am-8pm - April, September and October
Venue Hours: 9am-9pm - May and June
Venue Hours: 9am - 7pm - March & November (daylight savings)
Venue Hours: 9am - 6pm - December, January and February
Peak Months: May, June, September, October and November
PRICING:
Up to 30 Guests Cost = $4000.00 - Peak Month
Up to 30 Guests Cost = $3700.00 - Non Peak Month

SAMPLE SCHEDULE
Hour 1:
Wedding Party ONLY to check into Dressing Room Suite for final prep.
Set out memorabilia / personalized decor / favors / specialty beverages etc. Quick rundown of ceremony and wedding party procession.
Hour 2:
Getting Ready, Photographer and/or Videographer arrive
Before photos. Solos, getting ready wedding party photos.
Hour 2.5
Guest Arrival
Ceremony (10-15 minutes)
End of ceremony celebration photos, Group Photos & Couple while
Guests mingle, enjoy beverages, play yard games etc. during photos /
outdoor snacks
Hour 3:
Indoor Toast, Cake Cutting
Couple and Guests Returns outdoors with photographer for Golden Hour or Daytime Solo photos while guests mingling , play games and enjoy views
Hour 4:
1st Dances Outdoors
Couple Returns for more mingling and Group Photos
Last 15 minutes minutes: Sparkler, Streamer or Bubble Farewell
Departure to Happily Ever After
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY - if weather prohibits the use of the outdoor ceremony space, the indoor venue reception space will be available for an indoor ceremony. Event will be limited to cake and sparkling toast only. Parking close to the venue entrance is limited so carpooling is recommended, especially if inclement weather.
