We set booking schedules according to sunset timeframes:

Venue Hours: 9am-8pm - April, September and October

Venue Hours:  9am-9pm - May and June

Venue Hours:   9am - 7pm - March & November (daylight savings)

Venue Hours:   9am - 6pm - December, January and February

Peak Months: May, June, September, October and November

Up to 34 Guests Cost = $3500.00  - Anytime

*Friday and Saturdays reserved for 5-7 hour packages during peak months

*Restrictions to venue rental time periods apply during peak booking dates. (Saturdays limited)

*Includes all Venue Coordinator fees, professional 2 tier custom wedding cake, nonalcoholic bubbly beverage and flutes, venue related gratuities, setup assistance, parking assistance, full cleanup.

Guest= Any person over age 2

*Please Note: This package DOES NOT include professional photography or professional florist services or catering/ food / beverage services.  No food service or brought in food is permitted with this package.

No High Proof Liquor bottles or mixed beverages permitted with this package

SAMPLE SCHEDULE

30 complimentary minutes prior to Wedding Booking time for Wedding Party to check into Dressing Room Suite for  final prep. 

Hour 1:

Getting Ready, Photographer and/or Videographer arrive 

Before photos. Solos, getting ready wedding party photos.

Hour 2:   

Guest Arrival

Ceremony (10-15 minutes)

End of ceremony celebration photos, Group Photos & Couple  while

Guests mingle, enjoy beverages, play yard games etc.  during photos / 1st Dances Outdoors

Hour 3:  

Indoor Toast and Cake Cutting

Couple Returns for outdoors  with photographer for Golden Hour or Daytime Solo photos  while guests mingling , play games and enjoy cake Indoors/Outdoors

Couple Returns for more mingling and Group Photos

 Last 5  minutes:   Sparkler, Streamer or Bubble Farewell

                    Departure to Happily Ever After

* Use first hour to arrive earlier than your guests - use for Bridal Dressing Room and Photography of Before Photos and Wedding party pre-ceremony photos prior to guest arrival.  Suggested to Set your ceremony time for 90 minutes after wedding party arrival.
