This package is for the couple who just want to use the venue spaces and wish to bring own food and decor etc.
This package does includes ceremony seating, ceremony setup and ceremony cleanup, Indoor and outdoor furnishings and more - see below.

We set booking schedules according to sunset timeframes:
Venue Hours: 9am-8pm - April, September and October
Venue Hours: 9am-9pm - May and June
Venue Hours: 9am - 7pm - March & November (daylight savings)
Venue Hours: 9am - 6pm - December, January and February
Peak Months: May, June, September, October and November
PRICING:
Up to 24 Guests Cost = $3500.00 - Anytime
Up to 24 Guests Cost = $4000.00 - Peak Saturdays
*Restrictions to venue rental time periods apply during peak booking dates. (Saturdays limited)
*Includes all Venue Coordinator fees, Officiate fees, professional 2 tier custom wedding cake, nonalcoholic bubbly beverage and flutes, venue related gratuities, setup assistance, parking assistance, full cleanup.

*Please Note: This package DOES NOT include professional photography or professional florist services , Officiate, catering, food / cake / beverage services.

SAMPLE SCHEDULE
Early Arrival: 30 minutes prior to contracted Wedding Booking time for Wedding Party only to check into Dressing Room Suite for venue setup and final dresing prep. Optional: Photography/Videography arrival

Setup food and decor: Vendor Arrival
Getting Ready, Photographer and/or Videographer arrive
Before photos. Solos, getting ready wedding party photos.
Hour 2
Guest Arrival
Ceremony (10-15 minutes)
End of ceremony celebration photos, Group Photos & Couple while
Guests mingle, enjoy beverages, play yard games etc. during photos /
Hour 3:
Indoor/Outdoor Toast and Food options
Cake Cutting

1st Dances Outdoors
Couple goes with photographer for Golden Hour or Daytime Solo photos while guests mingling and enjoy food and cake Indoors/Outdoors

Departure to Happily Ever After
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY - if weather prohibits the use of the outdoor ceremony space, the indoor venue reception space will be available for an indoor ceremony. Event will be limited to cake and sparkling toast only. Parking close to the venue entrance is limited so carpooling is recommended, especially if inclement weather.
Restrictions: Guests must be 12 years old or older.
*Infants do not count in guest count.
