Guests ages 2 - 14 years old are limited to 6 total.  *Couple's children are excluded from this policy.

5 hour SAMPLE SCHEDULE:


Hour 1:

Gate opens for Wedding Party ONLY to settle into Dressing Room Suites Set out memorabilia / personalized decor / favors / specialty beverages etc.   Optional Quick rundown of ceremony and wedding party procession. 

                                     

Hour 2: 

Vendor arrival, Getting Ready, Photographer and/or Videographer arrive 

Before photos. Solos, getting ready wedding party photos.


Hour 3:  

Guest Arrival

Ceremony (10-15 minutes)

End of ceremony celebration couple photos

Group Photos - Bubble and Streamer 

Cocktail hour with optional yard games 

Serving - Self-Serve Charcuterie and Desserts 

Indoor or Outdoor Toast and Cake Cutting 

Indoor or Outdoor 1st Dances


Hour 4:  

Couple back outdoors with photographer for Golden Hour or Daytime Solo photos while guests mingling , play games, music, dancing and enjoy views

Sun sets or final dances etc. 


Hour 5: 

Farewell Celebration - Guest are provided with 18 inch long Light battery sticks or 20 inch Sparklers

Guest Departure

Wedding Party Cleanup - gather belongings, gifts etc.

Year Round Access

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY - if weather prohibits the use of the outdoor ceremony space, the indoor venue reception space will be available for an indoor ceremony.  Event will be limited to cake and sparkling toast only.    Parking close to the venue entrance is limited so carpooling is recommended, especially if inclement weather.

Large Dressing Room Suite with Private Bathroom. Floor to ceiling mirror, makeup station, ample natural light and inset lighting.

Picture of bubble toast - nonalcoholic bubbly beverage and flutes provided.  Couple is welcome to bring own champagne.  Bubbly Toast can be celebrated inside or outside.

Streamer and Bubble Celebration or Farewell

Daytime: Handheld bubbles and streamers for guests and Bubble machine.

Sparkler Celebration or Farewell

20 inch Sparklers for all Guests included or Daytime: Handheld bubbles and streamers for guests and Bubble machine.

Ceremony seating Setup and Cleanup

Ceremony Seating and decor will be setup prior to your booking starting time.  Seating will be arranged to your desired seating chart and customized to include wedding party seating/standing during the ceremony.  Seating is cleared after the ceremony concludes for photos and dancing.

Ceremony Site Decor

We offer a variety of ceremony site decor options to accent your fresh florals and desired style.  We use artificial greenery and florals, lanterns and chair reservation signs.

From the first phone call or email of your inquiry to the last minute of your booking - Lisa will be conducting your tour,  coordinating with vendors, answering all of your questions and curiosities and keeping the timeline of wedding day.  Venue Coordinator will be on-site for the duration of your Booking to assist couple, guests and vendors.
