4 hour SAMPLE SCHEDULE
Hour 1:
Gate opens for Wedding Party ONLY to check into Dressing Room Suite for final prep.
Set out memorabilia / personalized decor / favors / specialty beverages etc. Quick rundown of ceremony and wedding party procession.
Hour 2:
Vendor arrival, Getting Ready, Photographer and/or Videographer arrive
Before photos. Solos, getting ready wedding party photos.
Hour 3:
Guest Arrival
Ceremony (10-15 minutes)
End of ceremony celebration photos, Group Photos
1st Dances, Indoor Toast and Cake Cutting
Hour 4: Couple and Guests Returns outdoors with photographer for Golden Hour or Daytime Solo photos while guests mingling , play games and enjoy views
Last 15 minutes minutes: Sparkler, Streamer or Bubble Farewell

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY - if weather prohibits the use of the outdoor ceremony space, the indoor venue reception space will be available for an indoor ceremony. Event will be limited to cake and sparkling toast only. Parking close to the venue entrance is limited so carpooling is recommended, especially if inclement weather.

Custom personalized 10-15 minute ceremony. Couples are welcome to use their own wedding Officiant if desired.

Bouquet colors and styles can be ordered to meet your desired look.

Large Dressing Room Suite with Private Bathroom. Floor to ceiling mirror, makeup station, ample natural light and inset lighting.

Picture of bubble toast - nonalcoholic bubbly beverage and flutes provided. Couple is welcome to bring own champagne. Bubbly Toast can be celebrated inside or outside.

Daytime: Handheld bubbles and streamers for guests and Bubble machine.

Ceremony Seating and decor will be setup prior to your booking starting time. Seating will be arranged to your desired seating chart and customized to include wedding party seating/standing during the ceremony. Seating is cleared after the ceremony concludes for photos and dancing.

We offer a variety of ceremony site decor options to accent your fresh florals and desired style. We use artificial greenery and florals, lanterns and chair reservation signs.

Couple's cake, decor and cake topper included as well all cake cutlery, servingware, cake table, cake stand, cake plates, forks etc.

Cupcakes will be provided for guest counts over 6.

From the first phone call or email of your inquiry to the last minute of your booking - Lisa will be conducting your tour, coordinating with vendors, answering all of your questions and curiosities and keeping the timeline of wedding day. Venue Coordinator will be on-site for the duration of your Booking to assist couple, guests and vendors.
