We want our couples to have the freedom to choose own catering and photographer/videographer and additional flowers or style of decor etc. this provides control of how much time and compare costs within their budgets.

We pride ourselves in offering packages that include almost everything you will need to make your wedding day beautiful for one price while offering the freedom to select your own fresh florals for tables or wedding party at cost to you or use our in-house table decor at no additional cost. We also do not include food or catering staff/services. Instead, you choose your own catering menu and services as well as photography/videography to enable price control for these vendors/services on your end.
Children are Welcome: 8 Guests ages 2 - 14 years old are permitted in total guest count. Couple's children, couple’s siblings and included wedding ceremonial children are exempt from this policy (flower girl, ring bearer etc.)

4 hour SAMPLE SCHEDULE:
Hour 1:
Gate opens for Wedding Party ONLY to settle into Dressing Room Suites Set out memorabilia / personalized decor / favors / specialty beverages etc. Optional Quick rundown of ceremony and wedding party procession.
Vendor arrival, Getting Ready, Photographer and/or Videographer arrive
Before photos. Solos, getting ready wedding party photos.
Hour 2:
Guest Arrival
Ceremony (10-15 minutes)
End of ceremony celebration and group photos
Hour 3:
Cocktail hour with optional yard games
Group Photos - Bubble and Streamer Celebratio
Indoor or Outdoor Toast and Cake Cutting
1st Dances
Hour 4:
Couple back outdoors with photographer for Golden Hour or Daytime Solo photos while guests finish eating cake and mingling , play games, music, dancing and head back outside to enjoy views
Sun sets
Dancing, mingling
Farewell Celebration -Guest Departure and Photography ends
Wedding Party Cleanup - gather belongings, gifts etc.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY - if weather prohibits the use of the outdoor ceremony space, the indoor venue reception space will be available for an indoor ceremony. Parking close to the venue entrance is limited so carpooling is recommended, especially if inclement weather.
We priced our packages to include everything needed for a beautiful wedding experience. In order to control prices on the couple's end, we do not include photography/videography, food/catering services, alcoholic beverages or fresh florals. These vendors charge fees with a wide variety of options to personalize your wedding experience so we do not include them in our package price. We do have a preferred vendor list or couples can choose whomever they like. If your guest count is under 25 - you are not required to hire a catering staff, you can bring your own food etc.
