We set booking schedules according to sunset time frames which vary throughout the year.

Venue Hours: 9am-8pm - April, September and October 

Venue Hours:  9am-9pm - May, June and August

Venue Hours:   9am-7pm - November (daylight savings)

Pricing for April-November:

Monday - Thursday - $4700

Friday / Sunday - $5200.00 

(Saturdays reserved for 7-hour bookings only)

-Includes all Venue Coordinator fees, Officiant fees, all venue paid gratuities, delivery fees, setup assistance, parking, parking assistance, full cleanup and county disposal fees.

Hour 1:   Gate opens for Florist, Cake, Food deliveries & setup,  Wedding Party

 Bridal Party Check into Dress Room

                     Photographer and/or Videographer arrive to setup

                      before photos, optional First Look, etc.,  

Hour 2:     Gate opens for Guest arrival and Parking, Guest seating, 

                      Ceremony, end of ceremony Group Photos and Dancing

Hour 3:     Celebration Bubbly Toast, Appetizers/Snacks, Cake Cutting,     

                      Guests mingle, play yard games, sightsee, etc. during Couple                                   

                      Photography around Venue grounds

Hour 4:    Additional Photo time / gathering time and Farewell Sendoff       

                     with Sparklers/Streamers/Bubbles

Hour 5:  added to beginning for more Before photo and prep time etc
