We set booking schedules according to sunset time frames which vary throughout the year.

Venue Hours: 9am-8pm - March and April, September and October

Venue Hours:  9am-9pm - May, June and August

Venue Hours:   9am-7pm - November (daylight savings)

Pricing for April-November:

Monday - Thursday - $6200

Friday and Sunday - $6500

Saturday - $7000

Guest= Any person over age 2

-Includes all Venue Coordinator fees, Officiant fees, all venue paid gratuities, delivery fees, setup assistance, parking, parking assistance, full cleanup and county disposal fees.

SAMPLE SCHEDULE:

Hour 1 - 2:  Gate opens for Wedding Party (no children under age 12) and 

                          caterer delivery /setup

                          Check into Bridal Dressing Suite (up to 5 people total)

                          Photographer and/or Videographer arrive  to setup

                          "Before" photos, optional First Look, etc., Food Service setup.

Hour 3:         Gate opens for Guest arrival and Parking 

                          Guest seating 

                          Ceremony

                          Post-ceremony Celebration & Group Photos

Hour 4:         Group Toast, Appetizers, sightseeing

                          Couple Only Photography 

Hours 5-6:  Meal served, Cake Cutting, Dances, Golden Hour Photos
